COMMUNITY IMPACT MODEL
United Way of Fresno County, through its Community Impact Agenda, identifies important issues and aligns the resources needed to build a stronger community. Working with other non-profit organizations, businesses, donors and volunteers, United Way, funds projects that provide positive, measurable results.
The Community Impact Agenda focuses on EDUCATION, INCOME and HEALTH. These are the building blocks of a good life: Quality education leads to a stable job, income to support a family through retirement and provides access to the resources that build and sustain good health.
By working with community partners and agencies to leverage available resources, we improve the lives of individuals and families across Fresno County. To view a list of our Community Partners, please click here.
